RETURNS POLICY

We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within seven days of receiving your order on hair extensions that have not been opened, unwrapped, uncombed, not bushed, no fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange, but if the hair is altered in any way we will return the hair back to you without an refund.

You must contact us first at 832-372-1908 before returning your order. All Elysian Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. You are also responsible for all return or exchange shipping cost.

EXCHANGE POLICY

All Elysian hair extensions and merchandise must be returned in its original unopened Packaging. Hair must not be curled combed or altered in any form Exchanges will only be made within 7 to 10 days upon receipt of merchandise.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Cancellations should be made within 24 hours of order placement. Otherwise there will be a $25 restocking fee. These Provisions have been put in place for the safety of customers and staff per Coronavirus covid-19. Policy and procedures will be strictly enforced.

CUSTOM POLICY

All custom orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
